2018 Summer Internships

Cycle Hamilton has applied for funding through the federal government’s Canada Summer Jobs initiative to offer two summer internships for students.  Please note that all positions are dependent on our successful receipt of funding through the Canada Summer Jobs initiative.

This year, we will be hiring two summer interns for the following positions:

Education and Advocacy Coordinator

Will get to create and distribute educational materials about benefits of cycling, organize education workshops and social outreach events, conduct research on current state of cycling infrastructure, plans for expansion, and citizens’ priorities.

Membership and Communications Coordinator

Will get to work with the Cycle Hamilton team to engage new members, develop communication material, highlight the benefits of riding a bike, and engage in advocacy work to create a more bike-friendly Hamilton
